2. Service Agreements and Bespoke Orders
When you place an order for a bespoke suit, you enter into a service agreement with Tailored Elegance. A formal consultation, either in-person or virtual, is often required to finalize these details. All bespoke orders are subject to the availability of materials and our capacity to fulfill your specific requirements.
Measurements taken by our tailors or provided by you are critical to the final fit. While we exercise the utmost precision, slight variations may occur. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate measurements are provided if self-measured, or to attend scheduled fittings promptly.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for our bespoke services is typically required in stages. An initial deposit is usually requested upon confirmation of your order to secure materials and schedule production. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or collection of the finished garment. Accepted payment methods will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

Order Cancellation by Customer:
If you wish to cancel your bespoke order, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. While we aim for a perfect fit, minor alterations may occasionally be necessary. If you are unsatisfied with the fit after reasonable attempts at alteration, and it is determined to be a fault in our tailoring process, we will offer a refund or remake the garment at our discretion. This does not apply to issues arising from changes in your body measurements after the final fitting or if the provided measurements were inaccurate.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Tailored Elegance website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tailored Elegance or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes designs, patterns, and unique tailoring techniques developed by Tailored Elegance. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from this website for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
